Registration for summer 2023 is open!

We are happy to announce that we will be running Fun Rec Day camp at Stoney Creek for five weeks this summer!

You must complete the Registration Form to sign up your camper(s) for this summer’s Fun Rec Camps. Please email us directly at if you run into any issues while trying to submit your registration.

Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis.

Due to reduced and delayed government grants this year, the weekly cost of the 2023 camp will be higher than usual. Unfortunately, we had to adjust our normal lower rate as we rely on grants that are currently unavailable to us.

However, we remain committed to providing an exceptional camp experience while facing these financial challenges. We sincerely hope to offer a more affordable rate in 2024.


  • Week 1: July 4-7 – Vancouver Aquarium (No camp Jul 3rd; in lieu of Canada Day)
  • Week 2: July 10-14 – Watermania *** SOLD OUT ***
  • Week 3: July 17-21 – Science World
  • Week 4: July 24-28 – Spanish Banks (plus Wave Pool mid-week) *** SOLD OUT ***
  • Week 5: July 31-August 4 – Playland *** SOLD OUT ***

2023 FEES:

  • Registration Fees: $230 – prices are per camper, per week.
  • Required FunRec T-Shirt: $15 each
  • Optional additional FunRec T-Shirts: $15 each

Before you start completing the online form, you will need to gather the information listed in each section header below, as well as have readily available the following:

  • Copy (or picture) of BC CareCard / Health Card for every camper
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Allergies and Medical conditions
  • Credit Card number or other form of online payment

Special Needs Program

In response to the needs of our campers, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering 1-to-1 support this summer. However, please note that 1-to-1 support is limited to two (2) weeks per camper to allow as many campers as possible to benefit from this service. If there are still available spaces by the end of June, we can consider offering additional weeks to those who have already registered.

If you are registering a child with special needs, such as a child who already works with an educational assistant in school, please reach out to us via email to coordinate the details of your child’s registration before submitting the registration form. We want to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience for all campers.

In-Person registrations are Cancelled for 2023

Since the start of COVID-19, there is restricted access to the school except for students and staff. Therefore, In-Person Registration has been cancelled for 2023. Instead, you can register for FunRec using our Online Registration Form (link will be added at top of page).
