NEBCA hires qualified staff with years of experience working with children who are currently in a post-secondary institution. Many of our Recreational Leaders return summer after summer because the position is such a wonderfully fun and rewarding job! As a Fun Rec Leader, you become an integral and key role model for the children in our community.
